What we collect

When you create a customer account we store: your business name, email, and (optionally) phone number. When you use support we store your ticket messages. When you purchase a subscription we record the payment details (amount, date, description) — we do not collect or store card numbers.

NUQT POS app data

Your shop's data inside the app (sales, customers, inventory) stays on your machine, fully encrypted, and is not sent to us. For licensing only, the app sends at check-in: a device identifier and the app version — to prevent licence abuse.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in on the account page or admin panel. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

Where data lives

On our own servers. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, unless required by law.

Your rights

You can request correction of your data or deletion of your account at any time via the channels on the Contact page; we will respond within a reasonable period.
