Services
NUQT provides business software and technology services, including the NUQT POS point of sale (subscription) and custom development work.
Free trial
The NUQT POS trial is free for 7 days, starting from the first sign-in inside the app. One trial per device.
Licence
A NUQT POS subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the number of devices in your plan. The app verifies the licence periodically online, with an offline grace period on paid plans.
Payment & renewal
Invoicing is currently via bank transfer or as agreed; every payment appears with a receipt on your account page. If a subscription lapses, the app stops running until renewal — your data remains on your machine.
Your data
Your shop data inside the app belongs to you and stays on your machine. You are responsible for backing up your device.
Acceptable use
You may not resell the software, attempt to bypass licence protection, or use it for unlawful activity.
Liability
Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits; in all cases our liability does not exceed what you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; any change will be published on this page with its date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
